Payment Methods
We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo & Visa.
Branding & Customization
Logo & Labels: You can add your own logo via woven labels or hangtags. Our team can assist with design according to your specifications.
SALEDRESS Branding: Products are completely unbranded, supporting full brand customization.
Custom Products & MOQ:
MOQ: 100 PCS/color/size
Sample fee: Refundable after placing a formal order
Sample production time: 2-5 days for OEM, 7-15 days for ODM
Labels/hangtags: free attachment if provided, or can be ordered from us. Confirm details with your sales manager before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Methods: Standard, Amazon fulfillment, air freight(≥21kg), and sea freight (≥21kg).
Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days.
US Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- US Amazon Warehouse: 2–5 business days
- Sea freight: 25–35 business days
- BSB Shipping: 14-45 days
Other Countries: 7–15 business days
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations: SALEDRESS supports order cancellations and modifications (except for bulk sale box orders). Please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@saledress.com within One Hour of placing your order to request changes.
Returns: To maintain quality, efficiency, and sustainable business practices while reducing unnecessary waste, we do not accept returns without a valid reason. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@saledress.com within 7 days of delivery.
Defective/Quality Issues: Report within 7 days with photos/videos. Verified defects: full refund to original payment or SALEDRESS account balance (no return needed).

Shipping Fees & Tariffs
Free Shipping: Bulk Sale Boxes and Amazon Sale Items qualify for free shipping. All other products are subject to shipping charges, which are automatically calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout. This ensures the most accurate and transparent shipping rates for every order.
DDP Services: Duties prepaid, no tax ID required. When selecting standard shipping, air, or sea freight, feel confident placing orders with no additional tariff required.
Tariff Impact: Product prices remain stable. Choose DDP air/sea shipping to minimize tax risks.
