30 Days Return Warranty

Our goal is to make sure you're happy with your order! However, we are willing to make it right if you aren't 100% satisfied. Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!

The majority of returns are refunded to the original payment. For sale items (25% off or more), refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS gift card. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

PROCESS

Quik & Easy

1. Use our Return Portal by clicking the "Start Return" button below.

2. Enter your email address and order number to get start.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.

5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

NOTE: 1. If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like.

*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US. A fee of $6.99 will be charged for the pre-paid shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund (unless you received the incorrect or defective product).

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.

There are two ways:

① you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $ 6.99 shipping fee , which will be deducted from your refund.

② you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
