-Q1: If I don't satisfied with the items I received, how can I return or exchange them?

-I'm afraid not. These items are final sale. They are not exchangeable and non-returnable unless we sent you the broken or faulty items.

-Q3: Will these items be shipped at once, or will they be split into multiple packages?

-Since these clothes are in different Amazon warehouses, they will be split into multiple packages for shipment. It means that you will receive these clothes one after another over a period of time.

-Q4: How do I check the status of my bulk order?

-The order will be fulfilled by Amazon, so we only can get the tracking number from the Amazon sellers. We will let you know soon if we get the tracking number from Amazon sellers. Please don't worry, you will receive all your packages at last.

-Q5: If I pay for expedited shipping, can I get the package sooner?

-I'm afraid not. These items will be submitted to Amazon sellers for delivery. We cannot expedite shipping. If you paid the expedited shipping fee, we will refund you last.
