💡 The status of package is "Label created" , has this package been shipped out?

The "Label Created" status means your package has been left from our warehouse. It usually takes 7-15 business days in transit by standard shipping.

💡 This item doesn't fit me, how do I make a return/exchange?

The majority of returns are refunded to the original payment. For sale items (25% off or more), refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS gift card.

💡 I placed an order, but haven't seen any movement from Saledress. What's going on?

Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders leave our Distribution Center within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. When this happens, our hottest items typically restock within 3 business days. Rather than canceling your order, it will be held until the item is back in stock and your order is fulfilled!
