30 Days Return Warranty
We strive for your complete satisfaction with every order. Should any issue arise, we will promptly address it to your liking. You may conveniently initiate a return through our Online Portal below.
The majority of returns are refunded to the original payment. For sale items (25% off or more) that are not final sale, refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS gift card.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

How long do I have before making a return?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the delivery date. No returns made after 30 days from the delivery date will be accepted.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
There are two ways:
① you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $ 6.99 (plus $3 more per piece) shipping fee , which will be deducted from your refund.
② you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
*If the items received are damaged or incorrect, you are not required to bear the shipping fee.
Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
Please do not directly return to the sender's address on the package slip or our company's address. You should return to the address provided on our shipping label or shipping instructions.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted except for defective products.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any defects.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Use our Return Portal by clicking the "Start Return" button below.
2. Enter your email address and order number to get start.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
Note:
1. If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like.
2. The original shipping fee, Shipping Guarantee and Tax charged are non-refundable.
*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US. A fee of $6.99 (plus $3 more per piece) will be charged for the pre-paid shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund (unless you received the incorrect or defective product).
