Return Policy

We provide high-quality products at fair, accessible prices through a sustainable, resource-efficient pricing model that minimizes extra margins and ensures consistent value worldwide. 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This approach also helps us maintain quality and efficiency, and reduce waste, which is why all sales are final under our global policy. 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery HEREWe will do our very best to resolve your issue.

Additional Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We are not responsible for returning packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept return drop-offs at our distribution center or corporate office.
  • Please do not directly return to the sender's address on the package slip or our company's address.
  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs charges/taxes, only a 30% refund of the order value will be provided.
  • If any parcels are returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay customs charges/taxes, a full refund is not acceptable, we could only accept a 30% refund in this case. For orders, we help to pay the taxes (either import or export taxed), we only accept a 50% refund of the order.
