How long does order processing take?
Orders normally require approximately 1–5 business days for quality checking, packing and warehouse processing. Transit times shown in the calculator do not include processing time.
Is there a handling fee?
Yes. Regular paid shipping includes a $4 handling fee per shipment. All estimated totals shown in the calculator already include this fee. SD-AMZ and BSB free shipping orders are not charged this handling fee.
Why do locked shipping methods still show a price?
We show a price preview using your current shipment weight so you can compare the cost difference between shipping methods. A locked method cannot actually be selected until its minimum shipment weight requirement has been reached.
Why is 21kg important?
Selected destinations offer lower rates or additional shipping methods once the total shipment reaches 21kg, approximately 46.3lb. The exact benefit depends on the destination.
What happened to Standard Shipping?
The service previously shown as Standard Shipping is an air-delivery service. To make our shipping information clearer, it is now displayed as Air Shipping.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes. Please contact SALEDRESS customer service if you would like your own freight forwarder or logistics provider to collect your order from our warehouse.
Are duties and customs fees included?
Yes. Customs clearance and duties are included in shipping.
