RETURN POLICY

At SALEDRESS, we strive to provide high-quality products and thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return service (refund only, no exchanges) for your convenience.

What should you do when you receive a defective product?

Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos or videos clearly showing the product issue
  3. A photo of the shipping label (packing slip)

Note: Once it is confirmed that the product is defective, we will immediately arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund without having to return the defective product, based on your preference.

If you are unable to provide photos or video, or if the photos or video provided do not establish a quality defect in the item, all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by you.

 

What should you do when you just unsatisfied with the items?

We support returns for refunds. Please contact our customer service and provide the order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is received, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Note: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Return Costs & Refunds

1.Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost of resend.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


2.Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Sale items may be refunded via store credit (gift card). 

 

Final Sale & Sale Item

Final Sale are non-returnable. For sale items (25% off or more) that are not final sale, refunds can only be made via SALEDRESS store credit (gift card).

Final-Sale item:

  1. Marked Final-sale items
  2. Price $9.99 & under
  3. Lingerie Sets (Includes Shapewear and Body Shapers)
  4. Underpants
  5. e-Gift cards
  6. The specific "Holiday Wear" (such as Halloween costumes, Christmas printed items)
  7. Swimwear

 

Additional Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We are not responsible for returning packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your return.
  • Ensure that the Return Portal is filled out correctly to avoid processing delays.
  • We do not accept return drop-offs at our distribution center or corporate office.
  • Do not return items to the sender’s address on the package slip or our company’s address. Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.
  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs charges/taxes, only a 30% refund of the order value will be provided.
  • For orders where we have covered the taxes (either import or export taxes), we can only offer a 50% refund.
