How do I join the referral program?

Complete the referral code request form using the same email address you used for a previous order. After we verify that you are an existing customer, we’ll send your personal referral code by email.

Who is eligible to receive a referral code?

This offer is available to existing customers who have previously placed an order with us.

What qualifies as a new customer?

A new customer is someone who has never placed an order with us before. Existing customers, duplicate accounts, and self-referrals do not qualify.

How do I earn the $20 coupon?

You’ll earn one $20 coupon when a new wholesale customer uses your referral code and successfully completes their first order of $100 or more.

How can I use my $20 coupon?

Your $20 coupon can be used on any product when your order subtotal reaches $100 or more. The coupon code must be entered at checkout.

When and How will I receive my $20 coupon?

Your coupon will be sent by email after the referred customer’s order has been successfully sent. Orders that are canceled or refunded will not qualify for a referral reward.

Can I refer more than one new customer?

Yes! You can earn one $20 coupon for each eligible new wholesale customer who uses your referral code and completes a first order.

Can I refer myself or use another email address?

No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals connected to the same customer are not eligible. We reserve the right to verify referral activity before issuing a reward.
